2. What I Will Cover I am an Operations, Lean and Organizational Development Specialist specializing in Eco Diversity and Sustainability. LAND is a multidisciplinary Green Development firm using alternative energy, agricultural and efficiency solutions to “Build a Better World” through design, construction management, construction and consultative services for our customers. Examples of our services: Roof Gardens, Weatherization, Energy Assessments, Community Gardens, LAND Scapes, Retrofitting Buildings and Homes, Solar and Wind Solutions. Using our services and products assist in reducing cost in energy usage and assists the world in efficiency, sustainability, and greener solutions. LAND has locations in Cincinnati, Louisville and Virginia and Moving forward, we will expand nationally and globally to provide eco-friendly and sustainable solutions.

3. Who I Am I have a passion for providing efficient solutions to various forms of development through LAND Scapes, Construction, Agriculture, Design, Living and Work Spaces. I have combined my business savvy, global travels, art, and education with operations, engineering, lean, and quality to provide a superior service in energy and green. I have spent many years analyzing operations, effectiveness, material management, workflow and ergonomics to find solutions to improve how we work, live and play. My passion is to provide access and application for a greener world which has allowed me to construct, design, research, write, educate and grow within this arena. My goal in life is to change the face and “spaces” in which we live and work utilizing green, effective energy and energy efficiency applications for a better world so that we have access to quality food, shelter and energy.

A Snapshot of Our Business LAND serves our customers in 5 core areas of business: 1) Energy Efficiency & Assessment; 2)Professional Services, Consulting & Design; 3) Agri- Solutions; 4) LAND Foods and 5) Construction in Land Scapes, Alternative Energy, Gardens, Green, Construction Management and Recycling. The 4 most important points is that we are delivering Weatherization and Energy Assessments within Ohio and seek to expand our services. We are coordinating solutions working with Architects and Engineers in efficient green design. We are seeking to propose sustainable plans to Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana with goals to expand nationally and globally. Last, we are working to grow our CM and Professional and Construction Services within non-profit, public organizations, governments and commercial arenas. We have currently expanded our residential services.

5. Demonstration LAND serves our customers in environmentally friendly applications in grey and green. Today, our businesses and homes are in grey solutions and construction- far from efficient and effective. Imagine our homes and work places operating efficiently using electricity when needed. Homes and Offices are efficient reducing moisture and excessive ventilation. Solar and Wind heat and cool our houses, offices and eventually our automobiles. Water is recycled for our utilities. Vegetation is abundant. LAND provides these processes, solutions through research, application, construction and consultative services. Customers open their utility bills and the cost is reduced by more the 50%. Our waste is reduced by 35%. LAND seeks to be the leader in this industry and “Build a Better World”.

6. Two Customer Examples Customer has air leaks, moisture, mildew and sky rocketing utilities. The customer requests an assessment. Why would a customer request this service? To remedy moisture, air, heating and air loss, poor air quality and more. LAND offers a solution. LAND within 2-3 hours performs an energy audit/assessment for the customer. A LAND team member asks if they like to eradicate and remedy the problems that the audit/assessment revealed. If yes, LAND sets an appointment date to seal all leaks, insulate, weatherize and more their office and/or home. A LAND team will take 4-8 hours on a midsize property to effectively eradicate the customers needs. LAND leaves the property in better condition. A Customer seeks a Vegetative Roof. The customer desire this roofing because they want better insulation, functionality and energy efficiency. A LAND representative will measure, determine strength and requirements for the roof. LAND will offer solar, vegetative, white and other solutions to fit the customers needs, and budget. LAND will tear off, replace and install the customers new energy efficient roof. All waste is safely removed and recycled. LAND can provide maintenance for the roof. LAND will come once a month or more to sustain the roof if requested.
