  2. In physical model use the oracle data type

  3. From the server menu select ORACLE Connection

  4. Step1: Preview Step2: Generate

  5. Preview Screen Press the generate button

  6. In Developer 2000 choose FORM BULIDER

  7. Rename the module by clicking once when you see “I” beam cursor

  8. Name is Changed

  9. After connection was established select data block

  10. From here you can choose either wizard or manual form bulider

  11. Click brows

  12. Data block lay out
