Annual Meeting - Bifurcation • 89 percent of members voting approved WECC Bylaws amendments • Formation of the MAC for WECC and RCCo • WECC MAC: Jim Shetler (Chair), Brian Theaker (Vice Chair) • RCCo MAC: Jim Baggs (Chair), JT Thompson (Vice Chair) • Election of MAC representatives to the WECC and RCCo Nominating Committees
