  3. Board Meeting – Bifurcation • Unanimous Board approval of • WECC Bylaws Amendments • Bifurcation of WECC • RCCo Bylaws • RCCo COO/CEO has been appointed • Gary Stephenson

Annual Meeting - Bifurcation • 89 percent of members voting approved WECC Bylaws amendments • Formation of the MAC for WECC and RCCo • WECC MAC: Jim Shetler (Chair), Brian Theaker (Vice Chair) • RCCo MAC: Jim Baggs (Chair), JT Thompson (Vice Chair) • Election of MAC representatives to the WECC and RCCo Nominating Committees

  5. Next Steps • Summer – WECC CEO search • Summer – Identification of final slate of candidates for RCCo Directors • Summer – Nominating process for remaining WECC Directors • NERC files revised delegation agreement and associated documents with FERC

  6. Next Steps • Fall – Membership vote on WECC directors • Fall – Membership vote on RCCo directors • October – WECC CEO selected • October – FERC order of delegation agreement and budgets

  7. WECC Staff Changes • Reshuffling of positions under the Operations Department • Anitha Neve has left WECC • Matt Hunsaker is the new liaison to the OC and ISAS • Tim Reynolds is a new Reliability Vulnerability Specialist
