  3. Tvíburarisarnir • Úranus og Neptúnus eru oft kallaðir tvíburarisarnir vegna þess að þeir hafa næstum því sama massa og stærð og líka lit Neptúnus er ögn smærri en úranus.

  4. Fylkihnöttur • Stuttu eftir uppgötvun Neptúnusar kom í ljós óvenjustór fylgihnöttur, ögn stærri en tunglið okkar. Hann var kallaður Tríton, og bættist í safn stórra fylgihnatta í sólkerfinu.

  5. Hvers vegna fer hann öfugt? • En Tríton er dularfullur fylgihnöttur, því hann er mjög nálægt Neptúnusi. Hann fer reyndar fyrir vikið mjög hratt kringum hann (á aðeins tæpum sex dögum!!), en hvers vegna skyldi hann fara öfugan hring?
