  15. So what are you going to do about them? • Focusing on what you don't like is disempowering. Focusing on what you can do is proactive and empowering. • Circles of Concern Circles of influence

  16. So what are you going to do about them? Circle of Concern Circle of Influence It encompasses those concerns that we can do something about. They are concerns that we have some control over. • It encompasses the wide range of concerns we have, such as our health, our children, problems at work, debt

  17. So what are you going to do about them? • Focus on the areas you can influence , that you can do something about. Increase your Circle of Influence
