Data used in this tool are from the Acute Care and Quality Outcomes Framework (QOF) datasets provided by Information Services Division (ISD) of NHS National Services Scotland The Acute Care dataset is populated from data flows between healthcare providers and commissioners. It includes data for admitted patients (inpatients and daycases) and outpatients GP practices earn money for meeting various quality targets in a outcomes framework (QOF).
