  2. Exceptional leaders create exceptional followers. They nurture and develop their employees by helping them exploit their potential to the fullest. Michael Dadoun is one such leader who has always helped his subordinates develop belief in their faith and abilities. Good leaders are result oriented A leader’s job is to maximise the shareholders wealth. Having a good idea or noble intentions about your organization is good, but in the end it is the result that matters.

  4. Success and profit are usually the yardstick by which a leader’s worth is measured. A leader’s effort no doubt is acknowledged and appreciated, but what really count is what is accomplished and how much revenue the organization has generated. Quality leaders like Michael Dadoun are well aware of this fact. They know that it is good to have an exceptional idea, but more importantly the ability to bring that idea to life is the first step in creating a successful business venture.
