Tennessee Association of School Librarians-- TASL • The purpose of this organization shall be to encourage the professional growth and development of Tennessee school library media specialists; to promote cooperation among library media specialists, school administrators, classroom teachers and other persons interested in school library media programs; and to strengthen school library media service in Tennessee.

  4. TASL Membership • Fees for active librarians are $30 per year • Membership reduces cost of conference fee • Membership provides eligibility for awards and scholarships

  5. TASL Newsletter • Published quarterly • Updates from TASL president • TASL goals • Funding opportunities • Conference information • Opportunities to be a presenter
