Nursing Research – Allied with Research Units & Specialities • Celebrating Nursing Roles in • Gastrointestinal and Hepatobiliary Research Patient and Public Engagement See how patients and members of the public are helping to design and shape clinical research at NUH. Meet the patient and public engagement manager from our Digestive Diseases Biomedical Research Unit. Clinical Trials Nursing Talk to nurses working on a variety of clinical trials at Nottingham University Hospitals. Nurses will be on hand to discuss their experiences of nursing roles and current research projects. Funding Learn more about funding for clinical academic training schemes and research studentships within digestive diseases Clinical Research Methods Gain an insight into methods used within healthcare research and see our real time demonstration of randomisation methods used within Randomised Controlled Trials. Clinical Academic Careers Nurses will be on hand to share their experiences of clinical academic careers. Come along and meet the Head of Nursing and Midwifery Research at NUH and nurses currently leading research projects.
