What barriers do I need to overcome • Smoking is part of ‘my time’ at night to • de stress when my children are in bed • How I am going to overcome these • Get an E cigarette • Have a cup of hot chocolate as a de stresser • Write down my worries and put it away for tomorrow • Read a bed time story to my children to take my mind off things • By when & Who is going to help me • Next week My children and my Support Worker
