Eagle Scout Project: Restoring Baseball Diamonds at Pollard Elementary

For my Eagle Scout project, I will be restoring two baseball diamonds located behind Pollard Elementary School. The project involves replacing home plates, installing new baseball clay, and renovating dugouts with sturdy benches. We will clear out excessive plants to make the fields usable again. Additional tasks include repairing home bases, backstops, and trimming along the fences. This initiative aims to revitalize the baseball fields for community use and provide a safe play area for children.

  2. My Eagle Scout Project • For my Eagle project I am going to be fixing up and restoring two baseball diamonds behind Pollard Elementary School. Both will need new home plates and new baseball clay. All dugouts will need new benches and to be cleared out. They have lots of plants and if to be used again, they will have to be removed.

  3. Home bases and backstop needs work.

  4. Trimming along the fences.

  5. New clay for the diamond.

  6. New benches.
