  2. Communication In an effort to stay in communication with families we will utilize both email and text. Please fill in the your email address if you wish to receive notifications, if at any point you wish to be removed from the list just let me know and I will remove you. Now is the time to text while I’m talking! Between now and the trip I will be using Remind for brief messages. If you wish to get them follow the instructions on the sheets you picked up. Be sure you are signing up for the right messages, parents or students!

  3. Itinerary The itinerary you have may change slightly. I will be working with Travelogs to allow the students to see and experience as much as possible. This trip requires A LOT of walking! Last year we walked just shy of 24 miles, be sure to be prepared if you wish to join us!

  4. Fundraising We have decided to use Niagara Chocolates as our primary fundraiser. In order to determine how many boxes of candy bars we should order to begin we need an idea of who may be interested in selling them. In order to be eligible to sell candy bars the parent permission form must be completed and returned.

  5. Deposit and Payment If you decide to attend the trip to DC you can secure your spot with a deposit of $100. 2 forms MUST accompany your deposit: Participation signature form Travelogs Registration form The Payment schedule can be found on the information flyer and is as follows. All forms listed in the previous slides can be found on the Washington DC page of the Middle School website under Activities.
