  3. How did everything come to be? the living God, who made the heaven and the earth and the sea and all that is in them Sleaford Bay We believe in God, the Father almighty, maker of heaven and earth

  4. How do we know what God is like? Jesus is the image of the invisible God We believe in Jesus Christ, God’s only Son, our Lord

  5. How can we live in God’s way? Jesus will baptise you with the Holy Spirit and fire We believe in the Holy Spirit, who pours God’s love into our hearts

  6. This is our faith We believe in one God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

  7. The Family Prayer Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us. Save us from the time of trial and deliver us from evil. For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours now and for ever. Amen.

  10. There isn’t anyone on earth who does only what is right and never sins We confess our sins in penitence and faith, confident in God’s forgiveness

  12. be baptised and have your sins washed away calling on his name We believe in one baptism for the forgiveness of sins

  13. We wait for new heavens and a new earth where righteousness dwells Sunrise over Boston Bay We look for the resurrection of the dead and the life of the world to come

  14. When we come together . . .

  15. We hear God speak with us through the Bible

  16. We give thanks and praise to God

  17. We pray for God’s world and for God’s people

  18. We give to God’s work

  19. We feed on the life of Jesus

  20. We go in peace to love and serve the Lord
