NUTRITION PAGE If you want to be nice and healthy a good start is to eat healthy food. Only eat lollies and cake sometimes, not always. Foods like fruit have something called nutrition which is very good for you. Go on walks down the road ( maybe to your school or somewhere like that). Candy, sugar and sweets do not help you learn so make sure that you do not eat those foods. But carrots, strawberries and veggie's do help you learn.
