  7. Application Look back at the general and specific rules you created. What adjustments might you need to make in response to the information from Ruby Payne about spoken and hidden rules? Do the rules you have created identify the hidden rules you may have?

  8. The golden rules of consequences… • Make it match the behavior issue. • Be cautious about over reacting because you are angry. • Or under react because of who the student is. • Be consistent.
