Analysis of Glutathione Pathways in Cystine Lineage in Cellular Models

This research analyzes key glutathione (GSH) metabolic pathways in cystine metabolism within cellular models. We investigate the variations between different lines (Line 1 and Line 2) in the presence and interactions of GSH and cysteine (Cys), focusing on pathways involving PC-2, PC-3, PC-4, and γ-EC. The findings are illustrated in detailed diagrams depicted in Figure S2, revealing intricate networks of these compounds and their roles in cellular processes. This study deepens our understanding of redox biology and metabolic regulation.
