Pleural - Toute suppuration pleurale nécessite un drainage, voire une réintervention. Bronchique – Colonisation ≠ Infection. Pulmonaire – sur poumon opéré ou controlatéral. Prélèvement distal protégé – Antibiogramme !!Pneumonectomies!! T°C GB CRP RxP

  5. COMPLICATIONS Générales/Locales Locales – en relation de la plaie postopératoire -Hémorragies -Infections • Générales: • Reccurarisation précoce • Troubles de rythme • Thromboembolie pulmonaire • Pas de reprise du transit • Dilatation gastrique aigue • Pancréatite postopératoire

COMPLICATIONS Imédiates/Tardives • Immédiates • Hémorragies – hémothorax • Chylothorax • Paralysie diaphragmatique • Fausses routes • Expansion pulmonaire incomplète • Fuites aériennes prolongées • Fistule bronchique • Sténose bronchique • Pleurésies cloisonnées • Déplacement médiastinal • Empyème pleural • Tardives • Empyème • Fistule bronchique • Pleurésies • Sd post pneumonectomie

  7. COMPLICATIONS ACFA Pneumonie Encombrement Atélectasie Fuites aériennes prolongées Drainage pleural prolongé

  8. COMPLICATIONS Syndrome de condensation pulmonaire Augmentation du coefficient d'atténuation du parenchyme pulmonaire dont les limites sont floues, mal limitées, avec visualisation d'un bronchogrammeaérique.

  9. COMPLICATIONS Atélectasie Radiographie thoracique après lobectomie supérieure droite. Bascule supérieure du lobe moyen responsable de trouble de ventilation du lobe moyen par plicature bronchique
