  3. Flow Meter Verify the flow meter by referencing the specifications for the output of the coolant pump Run the coolant system without running the compressor Detailed Design Review

  4. Rosemount Sensor Test Install pressure tubing Run Compressor without the sensor mounted on the base to isolate vibration Verify tank pressure to ensure no noise is added after the sensor is mounted on the vibrating frame Rosemount output can also be confirmed by using the shop compressed air as an input to the sensor Detailed Design Review

  5. Thermocouples Each individual thermocouple output will be confirmed by comparing it with the known ambient temperature of the room The specific thermocouple will also be verified by comparing its output value to the expected value for each individual application Detailed Design Review

  6. Encoder Test • Cross reference the encoder with the 1X magnetic pickup • Both sensors should be reading the same frequency which will validate the position reading from the encoder Detailed Design Review

  7. RIT DAQ Cross referencing sensor outputs with existing DAQs and Signal Analyzers Use USB DAQ to validate signals Use SigLab to validate signals Reference expected values to ensure proper sensor readings Detailed Design Review

  8. Envision System Utilize the functionality of the RIT DAQ Use the functioning RIT DAQ to ensure the Envision System is displaying proper outputs RIT DAQ will already be cross referenced with alternative Signal Processors and validated Detailed Design Review
