  2. Over the years, it has been seen that there is a knowledge gap- a gap between what is being taught at the universities and what is expected in the practical job environment. And it is due to this gap many young educated people are unemployed. Understanding this gap, HCL Technologies came up with its subsidiary known as HCL Training & Staffing Services (HCL TSS). This subsidiary was initiated with the aim to train young engineering graduates and provide them with an opportunity to start their global IT careers with HCL Technologies. Having gained Programme review, HCL has now come up with another centre HCL TSS Nagpur, where candidates from Nagpur will be given an opportunity to learn and execute modern-day IT skills on real-time projects. Through this unique training & hiring program of HCL TSS, young graduates will be upskilled to begin their career with HCL Nagpur. positive HCL TSS About The Program It is a six-month-long training program that follows a three-pronged structure in order to round up the

This six months program comprises of: Common Foundation Training Track Specific Technical Training The professional Practice Term training After successful completion of the training program, candidates will be deployed with HCL Nagpur. The training of this HCL TSS Programme will take place at the Shiv Nadar University, Noida in the state of the art campus. Eligibility Criteria Engineering Graduates B.E / B. Tech / MCA / M.E / M. Tech/ M. Sc (IT/ CS) can apply Candidate must be a local resident of Nagpur (within 35 km range) You must have scored 65% or above marks in Class X, Class XII, and Graduation (and PG if pursued)

Selection Procedure The standardized selection process comprises of: Career Counselling Online Aptitude Test / Technical Test Interview Program Fee The fee for the program is INR 2 Lakhs + Applicable Taxes.
