This presentation explores the implementation of SFX at RHUL from a user's perspective. SFX serves to provide a seamless experience for users, enhancing access to e-journals and improving management tools. The rollout included training sessions resulting in a fully functional SFX instance tailored for local needs. Challenges faced during implementation were addressed, particularly concerning local settings and support received from Ex Libris. Additionally, the benefits of participating in the SFX and Metalib User Group (SMUG) are discussed, emphasizing community and collaboration among users.
