  9. Reason 1: A sentence which states the first reason. In English class, we often read some interesting stories.

  10. Example I: A sentence or two which provides an example for the first reason. Last year we read stories about Greek mythology. I got to learn about heroes like Hercules and Theseus.

  11. Explanation I: A sentence or two which explains how the first reason and example support the topic sentence Learning about great stories makes me look forward to going to class everyday.

  15. Repeat the pillar process for REE2 English class also let’s me express myself. By writing essays I get to think about an issue and express my opinion. I like being able to voice my perspective, and English class lets me do that.
