MY Access 提供的評分報告包含 • 總分與分項評分(Holistic & Analytic Scores) • Holistic and analytic scores across in 6-point scale, it is commonly used in US and Asia. 評分制度為六分制 • 總評及分項評語(Holistic & Analytic Feedbacks ) • The trend is clearly toward providing more specific, detailed feedback regarding performance. • Instant feedback saves time • Point out students’ flaws and weakness of writing.

  4. 使用前注意事項 • 執行系統環境測試(System requirements Check)檢查電腦軟硬體設備 • MY Access 適用ADSL寬頻及撥接上網 • 離線進行寫作時，請利用微軟附屬應用程式裡的記事本(.txt檔案)來撰寫，避免使用Word (.doc) • 執行各功能選項點選一次即可，勿連續按下以免產生重覆紀錄 • 使用者可利用鍵盤上的Alt+Tab 鍵在螢幕間切換 • 平時請將文章保留一份在自已的電腦,帳號在學期末將關閉

  7. Windows xpSP2 User 開啟IE→選擇工具→網際網路選項→安全性→自定層級→雜項→允許由指令碼啟始沒有大小或位置限制的視窗→啟用

  19. 設定學生繳交文章時間、寫作次數等 6分制與4分制

  20. 設定系統所給予的”寫作建議” 的語言別及程度別 了解Feedback的程度說明

  21. 設定系統所給予的”文法修正建議” 的程度別

  22. 寫作輔助工具的開關設定及計時功能 新增功能: 老師提供字彙供學生寫作時參考使用

  23. 新字彙建立完成

  24. 完成題目設定,務必按下Save & Exit

  25. 管理及瀏覽學生的寫作紀錄,包含了解電腦評分結果(分數及評語) 、閱讀學生文章、加註評語 、修改成績、閱讀學生寫作計劃、e-mail給學生等
