Joint Land Use Study (BRAC) Examines issues of encroachment that could adversely impact the utility of the military base. Promotes compatible community growth that supports military training and operational missions. Regional Growth Management Plan (BRAC) Assess likely regional impact of influx of personnel on communities. Develop action plan to accommodate impact while maintaining quality of life for region and military personnel.
