  1. Learn how to backup apple email with an expert tool The first step that you have to take in order to backup apple mail is to download and install Mail backup X application. You will then launch the tool and then go on to setup a new backup profile. Click on “Setup a new backup now” option You can also clock on the “My backup profiles” option and then go on to select “Setup a new backup now” button

  2. For the next step, you have to click on the “Apple mail” option to choose Apple mail as your email service that you want to back up

However, you can also choose the manual option. • You can also use the encryption feature and secure your backup archives. • This is also the window where you can choose to set up the auto USB backup option. After you set up a USB drive, the tool will be able to identify the drive when you plug it in. It will then immediately store the latest snapshot copy of your mail backup in the USB drive.

  5. You can also choose where you want to store your backup. You can choose a local storage location or an external hard drive. You can also choose your preferred cloud service. You can choose Google drive, DropBox and OneDrive. • Click on the save option to save your settings.

  6. Your Apple email backup profile is now set up. You can check out this under the activities section. You will see that Apple mail is backing up. • You can also check the live status of your backup and see how it is going. Once your backup process is done, you can also check a log report for it.
