  3. BANK PARTY – COACH WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE? • 2 Groups • (A) discuss & review role of the bank party • (B) discuss & review role of the coach • Groups • Ensure mix of coaches & bank parties • Feedback to all Champion of the Thames RC – Coaching

  8. BASIC COACHING SKILLS • Link outings to develop progression • Work with other coaches to identify issues to address • Be athlete focused • Help to develop goals, and a plan to achieve those goals • Observe, analyse and feedback Champion of the Thames RC – Coaching
