  2. 個案一 有一天，有一位女同學向你透露校內有兩個男同學同時追求自己。有一個斯文靚仔、幽默風趣；另一個樣子普通，但心地善良、讀書成績好。她一方面因面對兩個選擇而感到十分煩惱，另一方面她又怕被母親知道而責備，心情十分矛盾。

  3. 個案二 有一位中一家長致電老師，指出她發覺女兒最近時常傾電話，有時放學後又遲遲不歸家。有一次她暗中偷聽女兒的電話時得知，女兒可能與校內一位男同學拍拖。她希望老師協助了解情況，並合力勸止他們。

  4. 個案三 有些女同學向你透露班中一位「俊朗」的男同學同時追求幾位女同學，而他們彼此的關係亦發展迅速。雖然同學之間已盛傳他是一位「花弗」的人，但仍然有女同學和他一起。

  5. 個案四 你留意到班中有兩位男女同學平日態度親暱，同學間亦認同他們是一對。過了一段時間，這兩位同學的成績明顯退步，上課又不專心。那女同學的情緒更有時十分波動，影響其他同學上課。

  6. 個案五 你發現有兩位男、女同學分別請假兩天， 查問原因後，男的表示自己心情極差，因女同學要與他分手。女的則透露與該男同學拍拖三個月，但在前兩天與他在家中溫習後，大家發生性行為，現在擔心自己會有BB。

Assessment Process • Problem Identification • - Explore the precipitating events, problem nature & scope • Need Assessment • - Explore the student’s family background, school performance, peer relationship, supportive network • - Explore & analyze the values and the underlining needs • Risk Assessment • - Urgency, intensity, severity

  10. Planning & Contracting Process • Based on the assessment, set up some goals or objectives before intervention • Involve client to set up the contract with agreed- upon goals, roles and tasks to be performed.

  11. Intervention Process • Student aspect • Parent aspect • School aspect • School related parties - schoolmates, teachers & other personnel
