Purpose of Community Conversation To providean opportunity for communityengagement and participation in discussions that facilitate the well-being of CF families locally and nationally.

Activity 1 – Values and What is Working Well? Work in groups to answer these questions: • What do you value most about your CF lifestyle? • What is working well in terms of family services in this community?

Community Conversation Your Comments Matter! • Are you confident that your personal information is kept confidential? • Do you receive timely and relevant information? • Do you have opportunities to provide feedback on services? • Do you have opportunities to identify your needs? • Are you satisfied with the level of support available during a duty related separation? • Are you aware of the Family Information Line? • Are you aware of www.familyforce.ca? • Are you aware of the Canadian Forces Member Assistance Program (CFMAP)? • Do you feel that you have been able to access family services in your official language of choice?
