Analysis of pCMV-p65wt and pCMV-ΔNH2p65 Constructs in Cytosolic and Nuclear Localization

This study investigates the expression and localization of pCMV-p65wt and pCMV-ΔNH2p65-tag constructs in both cytosolic and nuclear compartments. Various concentrations of constructs were analyzed to assess their impact on relative luciferase units (RLUs) and p24 protein levels. The impact of tagged constructs on cellular distribution was examined through FLAG immunoblotting. Findings will enhance our understanding of p65 variations in cellular signaling pathways.
