1. CSU Clinical Faculty Go to: www.livetext.com Log in with your username and password. How to Evaluate Observation Visits

2. Go to: www.livetext.com Log in with your username and password.

3. When you log in to LiveText, you will be in your Dashboard.

4. Click on the Courses tab

5. Your courses will be listed here.

6. Click on a specific course.

7. Click on the Assignments Tab Do NOT Click on the Edit button! Stay Away From This Edit Button!!!

9. Click on the YELLOW line to assess

10. To assess a student, click on their name which is a link to the assessment page.

11. Click on the rubric

12. When the rubric appears, click the appropriatesection for each element. Click on the dialogue icon to add a comment.

15. How To Make the Assessment Viewable to Students Click on the Courses Tab

16. Click on the appropriate course

17. Click on the Observation

19. Click Edit

20. Click “Viewable to Students”

21. After this box is checked, click “ Save Assignment”
