8. Design Team • User-centred design/ co-creation • Listen, ideate, present, discuss, iterate, present, discuss, iterate, etc. • A collaborative process between developer, design team and citizens with most of the big ideas incorporated into the design.

11. What Did We Hear? • There are much needed services & amenities • Shopping, parking, recreation, transportation • We need celebratory/ gathering spaces that can work all year round.
