  2. Parrots in the rain forests Parrots are found in every rainforest in the whole world.

  3. Animal population redusing Because humans are cutting down so many trees and setting many rainforests on fire , animals are dying because of no food or places to live.

  4. Trees and plants The tallest trees in the rainforest are about 292 feet tall! And also , some plants can cure diseases. Which is probably why so many people take them to actually cure diseases.

  5. Amount of rainfall The forest is very humid so it is important to have rainfall. Rainforests have tons of rainfall. About 250 inches of precipitation falls every year.

  6. Termites of the rainforest Rainforest termites help break down dead tree parts in a matter of weeks.

  7. orchids The weight of several orchids have been known to topple trees.

  8. Annatto fruits Annatto fruits are found in tropical rainforests. Nearby villages go to rainforests to pick annatto fruits.

  9. Insects Scientists believe the majority of insects have yet to be discovered.

  10. Plant species About half of all plant species grow on forest canopies.

  11. The rainforest ecosystem Rainforests are being destroyed faster than any ecosystem in the world. More than half of the world’s rainforests are found along the Amazon river. Rainforests are clustered around the equator. Rainforests grow in distinct levels.
