Photocatalysis, a photochemical process, neutralizes pollutants transforming them into harmless compounds. The application of photocatalysis can help remove pollutants like nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide, particulate matter, formaldehyde, and more. Modified asphalts and paints, along with using plants, offer long-term solutions with environmental benefits. By reducing pollutants, this initiative contributes to public health and sustainability.
