  2. วัตถุประสงค์เชิงพฤติกรรมวัตถุประสงค์เชิงพฤติกรรม • ให้ทราบความสำคัญ ถิ่นกำเนิด การกระจายพันธุ์ การจัดจำแนก ตลอดจนประโยชน์ของพืชผัก • ให้เข้าใจการวางแผน การจัดการปัจจัยการผลิต วิธีการผลิต การดูแลรักษา ไปจนถึงการเก็บเกี่ยว และการตลาดของผักสด ผักอุตสาหกรรม และเมล็ดพันธุ์

  3. การประเมินผล • จากการทดสอบในการเข้าเรียนภาคบรรยาย จากผลงานในการฝึกปฏิบัติในภาคบรรยาย จากผลงานที่ได้รับการมอบหมาย จากผลการสอบกลางภาค และปลายภาค • ภาคบรรยาย 60% (Quiz & Exam) • ภาคปฏิบัติการ 40% (Lab. & Report)
