  3. Mr. Joel Phillips • Air Force • Served Feb. 1968-May 1970 • Stationed in Taiwan, flew C-130s in support of combat troops • Son currently serving in the Middle East

  4. Mr. Garry Foster • Retired as a full colonel • Served from February 1970 to February 1971 • Became the Deputy Finance Officer at the 25th Infantry Division • Provided pay support for 22,000 soldiers

  5. Al Forbes • Drafted before quota • Instructor for generator mechanics • From Rochester, New York • Told us myths about drug use in Vietnam • Told us facts about the draft
