On November 10, 2010, at Fort Hood, Texas, LTC Paul N. Garcia was honored and knighted in the prestigious Order of the Spur for his exceptional skills as a Cavalry Trooper. This acknowledgment celebrates his dedication to the qualities of skill, courage, tenacity, cunning, and fervor, which are synonymous with the proud tradition of the United States Cavalry. As a symbol of this achievement, LTC Garcia is entitled to wear a pair of silver spurs, reflecting his commitment and valor in service. "WE CAN, WE WILL!"
