Cultivating a High-Performance Healthcare Team through Effective Hiring and Training Strategies

In our journey to enhance team performance, we focused on improving hiring practices, training protocols, and goal measurement methods. By analyzing our first PPRNet report, we realized that our results needed to reflect the true quality of care provided. We implemented quarterly reviews, revised note templates, and health maintenance measures to ensure accurate data entry and clinical judgment assignments. By facilitating contributions from all staff and implementing a rewarding system for meeting quotas, we successfully cultivated a practice team dedicated to high performance.
