THERAPEUTIC USE OF PETS. In 1980 research showed that patients who had pets at home lived longer with heart attack and or high blood pressure. The problem with pets is the effort it takes to make them useful i.e how long and what it cost to train them. But the benefits outweighs that.

  4. Interacting with animals can increase people’s level of hormone Oxytocin which helps make people feel happy. The same hormone can also be responsible for quick recovery and help the body grow new cells

  5. Therapeutic use of pets can not be over emphasized. THANK YOU
