  5. Using The Phone • It’s really simple.  • You’ll have a headset • We’ll show you how to: • Adjust volume control • Answering and ending a call • Placing a call on hold • Transferring a call

  6. First Charges of CC and EFTs • Credit Cards – The first charge is done immediately once the SUBMIT button is entered. Following charges will occur on the 1st of each month. • EFTS – The first EFT payment will occur on the 20th of May, with following charges occurring on the 20th of each month.

  7. Prayer Requests • Prayer Pad / Notes Pad • Prayer Group (in chapel) • IF immediate prayer is requested, transfer call to station staff. • IF a caller is very distraught, get Floor Supervisor. • Please do not pray or offer counsel to donors – transfer them to staff

  8. The Floor Supervisor • Check-in with the Floor Supervisor as soon as you arrive on campus. • Floor Supervisor will make sure you’re ready to go!  • The F.S. will collect all papers. • The F.S. has answers. • The F.S. is there to assist you! 

  11. Other Common Questions • Can I bring food? • Yes, Food will also be provided… • ONLY RULE: No food or open drinks by computers • Can I take a break? • Yes.  Make sure to sign in-out with F.S. • Where are the bathrooms? • Fellowship Hall (where the food is)
