  3. Step 1 • Is your Payment method valid? • Visit Manage Your Content and Devices • Select the Settings tab. • Under Digital Payment Settings, select Edit Payment Method to review or edit your default payment settings.

  4. Step 1 continued… 4. Select the desired credit card information, and then select Continue. You may need to add the information for a new card. 5. Enter the desired billing address, and then select Continue. You will be taken to the Kindle Payment Settings page where you can view your edited default payment method.

  5. Step 2 Are you filtering content on your Home screen? 1. Your Home screen may not be displaying all of the titles downloaded to your device. 2. At the top of your Kindle screen select By Most Recent First and press the right side of the 5-way controller to filter items by Title or Author.

  6. Step 3 • Is your payment method valid? • Your payment method may not be valid. Check your payment settings. 2. Visit Manage Your Content and Devices.
