This study explores the gene expression profile of KIX domain encoding genes in japonica rice Nipponbare during various stages of seed development. The heat map depicts normalized and baseline transformed average log2 signal values of these genes across different stages, such as leaf, root, fertilization, ovary control, pollinated ovary, zygote, and embryo at different days after pollination (DAP), as well as endosperm development stages. The color legend at the bottom of the heat map helps interpret the data, with gene names displayed on the left side.
