Positive – Hook-ups Feet • Cross left ankle over right
Hook –Up - Hands • Extend your arms in front of you, left wrist over right, thumbs down, palms together • Interlace fingers
Hook-Up Hands • Draw hands close to chest • Elbows down
Positive – Step 2 • Unhook feet and hands • Place fingertips together • Feet flat on the floor
Active - The Cross Crawl • Move one arm the opposite leg followed by the other arm and its opposite • Touch either elbow to knee or wrist to knee
