Lessonslearned • It takes two to tango • And two of relatively similar strengths • In case of imbalance, bring another suitable partner in • An incubation time is necessary • Duration varies according to context / situation • Ensure to have respective stakes and responsibilities clearly laid out right from the first negotiation • Make sure to strike the deal when momentum is at its peak • Waiting due to admin reasons is a killer These are a few mendatory elements of successful PPPs in the ICT Ecosystem
