This project assignment focuses on improving communication, teamwork, and project management skills within our group. Utilizing the AUP model, we aim to efficiently estimate project timelines and execute effective planning. Each team member will enhance their leadership abilities, learn to coordinate resources, and work towards common goals. All members will also develop necessary technical skills and programming knowledge relevant to the project. Resources and detailed documentation are attached for further reference.
