Several Keys • Management Maturation • Bring Foreign Nationals to US for a half year prior! (Family Challenges) • Have staff meetings rotate thru all locations • Senior Product Development Managers Travel! Or • Limit the ExPat assignments to a year
Several Keys • Communication • The 8am and 8pm Phone Meetings • Need very good English skills • Need very good connection • Limit to once a week, 1 hour max • Use your PDM system to the utmost! • Follow the Process! (Consistency is Critical)
