  6. ERASMUS MUNDUS - Action 2 HOW TO APPLY?

  7. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS • Undergraduate & Master students TOEFL score (550-570 minimum) • PhD, Post Doctorate & Staff Host or supervisor’s acceptance letter

  8. Online Application System includes: • available study places and academic positions at each EU partner university; • prerequisites and specific requirements for applying; • application form to be filled in and submitted electronically.

  9. Application Documents • Passport or National Identity Document • Academic Certification (Diplomas, transcripts with grades, etc) • Motivation letter • Language certification (check the specific requirements of the chosen course/University) • Forwarding Letter (TG1 Master) • Work Plan proposal (Doctorate, Post Doc, Staff) • Proof of registration (TG1 only) • Statement of Commitment • Current CV • Letter of recommendation (TG2 only)

The applicant will have to follow three steps: Step 1: Registration of an account (valid email address) Step 2: Application - After 5 minutes reception on the account a personal link to the application form. Submission of personal data Step 3: Upload - Confirmation that the application has been received. Link to a personal upload page. Upload of all required documents.
