    2. ISTORIJSKI PRIKAZ 1861. Engleski ortoped Littl je prvi doveo vezu perinatalnih zbivanja s kasnijim sekvelama u fizickom i umnom (mentalnom ) razvoju djeteta -1897. god. Freud je iznio svoje miljenje o otecenju mozga naglaavajuci, da se ono deava ranije u trudnoci kada je mozak fetusa u razvoju. Istaknuo da su posljedice otecenja mozga viestruke, pa djeca cerebralnom paralizom cesto imaju potekoce u ucenju, smetnje vida, umnu zaostalost i cesto epilepsiju.
