  3. Questions • What is your personal experience in the distribution of listed plants through restoration/recreation? Have you measured/monitored success? • What is your agency/group policy regarding translocation of E/T species & its relation to IL 1992 policy? • What criteria guide your agency’s translocation practices? (historic records, habitat, rescue, genetics?) • What is your agency/group practice in E/T translocation: rare, occasional, frequent? (plugs, seed, seed mix; provide some examples) • What about climate change? • Should there be regional or State guidelines for these practices? Recovery plans for State listed species? Monitoring guidelines? Where do we go from here?
