Ectopic Expression of 64 kDa and 43 kDa Actins in HPKIA and HPKII Models

This study investigates the ectopic expression of two actin isoforms, 64 kDa and 43 kDa, in the HPKIA and HPKII models. Using SORBS2 and pCDH vectors, we analyze the impact of these actins on cellular dynamics and function. The findings highlight the significance of ectopic actin isoforms in cellular signaling and structure, potentially contributing to further understanding of actin-related diseases. This research adds valuable insights to the fields of molecular biology and cellular biophysics, opening avenues for therapeutic exploration.
