Progress Update Contracting Dec 2008 • Assessing 100% of the contracting workforce • Phase IV scheduled for completion by December 2008 • 4210 completed assessments • February 6 – completed USMC and Army Contingency Assessment Life Cycle Logistics Apr 2008 • Conducting Phase IV assessment: assessing a stratified sample of the Life Cycle Logistics workforce to validate competency model and identify skill proficiency gaps • 1163 completed assessments

Progress Update Program Management May 2008 • February 28 - launched assessment • 901 completed assessments • March 28 – assessment completion Business, Cost Estimating and Financial Management (BCEFM) Jun 2008 • Expert panel member identification in progress • Competency model development (Phase II) on-going
