  2. The proliferation of online selling had paved way to many internet scams that cost billions of dollars from extortion. This happens when a person is not familiar with the advances of the crooks which is why they get easily fall on the traps of these scum. Ironically, no matter how strict authorities with their online selling guidelines, the scammers also upgrade so it became hard to totally vanquished this scenario. But in an own little way, people can avoid getting victimized by crooks, especially if you are an online retailer, by considering the following tips below.

  3. Tip #1 – Heavy Advertisement – Many shams spend thousands of dollars to advertisement because this is their only way to get in touch with their target retailers. If they will depend on word of mouth, probably bad reviews will come out, which in contrast is an advantage of legit online wholesale stores because the one who do the marketingfor them are the people who had a firsthand experience on dealing with the platform.

  4. Tip #2 – Registration fees – it became very suspicious to see a new online platform to ask for a big upfront cost because you will begin wondering why you have to pay when there are wholesale suppliers like Amazon, Salehoo and Oceantailer whose membership is free.

  5. Tip #3 – Unbelievable discounts for huge bulk order – there's a possibility that you might get bad quality products from the huge bulk order with tempting discounts.

  6. Tip #4 – Huge inventory – Some online platforms boast that they have huge inventory stocks so they are capable in shipping products in large bulk. But the danger of it is their warehousing method. The warehousing cost might be expensive and if they are giving a front that they can give you a thousand stocks for a certain product that's the time you should be suspicious. Keep in mind that huge inventory stocks are only possible unless otherwise, the online platform has been honest all along that they use drop shipping methods in providing the needed quantity of the products.

  7. Tip #5 – They have a huge variety of products. Nowadays it's daunting to see an online platform that has all the products that an individual would need. But the catch of it is that, before you would be able to buy the product that you wanted, you have to fulfill first a minimum purchase commitment with a certain product that you don't need. It's a clear manipulation and scam.
